I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Cinnamon Bentota Beach for over ten nights in room 2215, and it was a memorable experience for our family. The check-in process was seamless, enhanced by a beautiful lounge and delightful complimentary lunch, showcasing their exceptional customer service. What stood out most was the staff; I want to personally thank Oshada and Prajantahit for their remarkable housekeeping, who filled our room with lovely towel sculptures and kept everything immaculate. The culinary offerings were a highlight; both breakfast and lunch buffets featured an outstanding array of international cuisines, including vegan options for our dietary preferences. I loved the resort's layout, with the calming meeting of the ocean and lake creating stunning views from every spot. the pool was fantastic, sitting at the heart of relaxation and refreshment, complete with an inviting bar. Cinnamon Bentota Beach truly felt like a tropical paradise-I'm looking forward to returning with my family for another unforgettable adventure.
